Ministry Leadership Training
is for those who are elected or called to ministry leadership. The training provides leaders with the foundations of leading believers into discipleship while building their effectiveness in prayer and bible study meetings. The course utilizes discussions, lectures, research, and evaluation to equip and test the student’s knowledge and understanding of discipleship.

Students will be taught the 5 Ways to Impart the Word of God with an advanced approach to kingdom shepherding. Understanding the importance of developing a solid prayer life and event as well as methods for teaching members how to build an effective prayer life themselves. Students will learn the methods of discipleship and that leadership starts at discipleship. The course also provides a short historical survey of biblical leaders and their divine characteristics.
The methods utilized in this program allow students the opportunity to be hands-on, gaining and utilizing real-world experience to achieve the highest level of training and understanding of building a solid discipleship program. The objective is that each student will walk away with a better understanding of the importance of discipleship, and how leading others spiritually to do the work of God benefits the building of the kingdom of God.
